You will have access to everything Little Bee Woods has to offer for three nights while you celebrate life’s most important moments. Additional nights can be added if you want to extend your stay.

We provide 48" round tables, grey folding padded chairs, ceramic plates, bowls, salad/dessert plates, itialian glass pint and rocks glasses, silverware, votives, a selection of vases, stainless chaffing dishes, buffet serving utensils, a large selction of silver platters, handmade pottery serving dishes, and many other pieces.

We provide a 20' by 30' frame tent with cafe lights and a ballast system so your event goes on rain or shine.

Having a venue on the side of a mountain is challenging, which is why we have an efficient group of valets to handle guest parking. Guests can pull up to the event and our valet team will drive the car to our parking area. We prefer to limit the number of vehicles to ten onsite; we do have a remote lot for carpooling or shuttle service.

I have worked in hospitality for many years and I have been fortunate to assemble a service team of bartenders, servers, and chefs that has one goal, exceeding your expectations.

We work with Whisk Bakery to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy!

Our basic beverage station includes sweet tea or unsweetened tea, lemonade, your choice of Coke and San Pelligrino products water, lemons, and sweeteners.

Mountain Floral is an Asheville-based, flower-grower and floral design company. Our gardens have been tended for 18 years with the intention of complimenting all of our floral designs. We use unsprayed, organically grown perennials and annual cut flowers to reflect the special moments of the seasons and celebrate the region here in the Blue Ridge mountains. Owner and primary floral designer, Rachel Brownlee, has over 25 years of organic gardening, flower farming, and wedding design experience.

We will be there every step of the way to ensure your event is exactly how you want it to be. We appreciate that you are trusting your memorable day to us, and we will make sure it is executed with precision. We will handle the logistics and planning but do not provide day of services.

Booking an event at The Sweet Spot requires the rental of portable facilities for events larger than fifteen guests to preserve The Cottage’s septic system.
